Kids Helpline provides services for people aged 5 to 25 with ways to get help if they ever require it. They provide a phone number 1800 55 1800 where you can call anytime and for any reason. They also provide ways for you talk with other people like you through 'My Circle' which is a free, private, safe and confidential social platform designed for 13 - 25 year olds to talk to others going theough challenges and allows you to share your thoughts and get helpful information.
Netsafe is another website that allows you to contact them if you have come across something that has made you uncomfortable online or if you need online safety help or advice. They have a helpline where you can call toll-free on 0508 NETSAFE (0508 638 723), email help@netsafe.org.nz, omplete an online contact form on their website or text ‘Netsafe’ to 4282. Netsafe’s contact centre is available from 8am – 8pm weekdays and 9am – 5pm weekends and public holidays.
